The City of Rogers Municipal Court is responsible for the adjudication of Class C misdemeanors and other state and city ordinance violations punishable by fine only. The court conducts court hearings and trials, collects fines and issues warrants of arrest and search.
The Court consists of a presiding judge, one City Court clerk and a prosecutor. The judges of this Court are appointed by the City Council of City of Rogers and are sworn to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the laws of the United States and Texas. This Court and its officers are dedicated to the fair and impartial administration of justice.
Hours and Court Locations
Court is held on the third Thursday of every month at 1:00 p.m. for Class C cases. Sign in time starts at 1:00 pm and it is a first come first service basis. Court begins at approximately 1:00 p.m. All cases are heard at 4 West Mesquite Street, City Community center. The law requires that you appear in court on your case.
If you were issued a citation, the appearance date is the deadline date to pay your
fine, set a court date, or make other arrangements. If you have been released on
bond, your appearance date is set after you have contacted the court clerk at
254-642-3312. If a complainant filed your case, you will be notified by mail of your
court appearance.
Phone calls are not considered an appearance. Communication to the court may also be done by mail.
