To our small and growing community of approximately 1100 people, located at the intersection of State Highway 190/36 and FM 437.
Our friendly community is approximately 12 miles East
of the City of Temple and is the gateway to Houston.
Because we are so close to the City of Temple,the citizens of Rogers have access to Scott & White Hospital one of the largest medical facilities in the State of Texas.just down the road you find Temple Regional Airport and Odyssey Health Care the largest Hospice in the nation as well as the Temple mall and numerous businesses and additional restaurants.
Our community offers a full time well equipped and professional police department and a well trained volunteer fire department, emergency management service that continues to keep our city safe.
The businesses show the diversity of the area. In Rogers you find that comfortable small community environment and in the surrounding area you have the country feeling you have always dreamed of. In our community you can find farm-related implement, a Supermarket, Bakery,Craft shop,Gift shop,a Bank, two restaurants famous for good food. Other businesses that compliment our community are two gas convenience stores, Dollar General, hair stylists,motorcycle shop. Rogers is also home of the Rogers Eagles and the Rogers Independent School District where education is important to the students and the community.
